1. All entries are made via your school so you will need to contact the school coordinator regarding your child's entry.
2. The entry fee is £2 per child and only one entry per child is permitted
3. A consent form must be signed for every picture selected for exhibition. These can be obtained from your child's school or by emailing us.
4. There are 4 age categories: 1. RECEPTION to YEAR 2 2. YEARS 3 to 4 3. YEARS 5 to 6 4. YEARS 7 to 9
5. The deadline for submitting pictures will be a day to be confirmed in w/c 20th February 2023. School representatives are responsible for delivering the pictures to a location in Oxford (TBC).
6. Schools will be informed of winners before the Easter holidays. Each winner will recieve a certificate and small prize.
7. An exhibition of winning and selected paintings will be held in Oxford on 12th - 13th May .
8. A Prize Giving ceremony for those awarded 1-3rd prize in their age category will be held at on the opening day of the exhibition.
9. Parents will be able to buy back exhibited pictures for a donation of their choosing at the exhibition. Bought pictures will be returned to parents via shools.
10. Printed reproductions (cards, prints, etc) .of exhibited pictures will be available to buy after the Easter holidays.
