All schools and pupils entering into the Young Art Oxford competition consent to share certain information (which may include name, school, year group, email address, school address and phone number) about the artists selected for exhibition. Such information may be held by Young Art Oxford for administration purposes during the competition.

Young Art Oxford will not pass on any personal information, or any information about you or your school to external third parties, other than is necessary for the organisation of the exhibition, or if required by law to do so.

Data will be stored securely by Young Art Oxford for no more than 3 years.
