Click here for information for schools
 1. Most entries are made via your school so you will need to contact the school coordinator regarding your child's entry.

2. If your school is not participating but you would still like to enter your child,  of if you want to enter multiple entries from an Art Group, you can drop off pictures, entry fee/s and consent forms (or summary form in the case of Art Groups)  at one of the Acacia charity shops in Abingdon, Faringdon, Grove or Wooton by 16th February 2026. Please ensure you follow our entry Rules, and put your name, contact details and age on the reverse of your picture. Individual entries will be grouped and judged by age, similarly to school categories (see How to Enter above).

3. The entry fee is £2 per child and only one entry per child is permitted

4. A consent form must be signed for every picture selected for exhibition. These can be obtained from your child's school. Any individual entries made via Acacia shops MUST be accompanied by this consent form.

5. Art Group leaders should gather and retain all completed parental consent forms and print off a completed summary form and include it with their submitted entries. All forms can be found here, along with a picture label template if needed.

1. RECEPTION to YEAR 2
2. YEARS 3 to 4
